• Consulted with clients to assess functional & spatial requirements, providing design solutions & presentation packages, aligned with project goals.

• Designed and modeled interior layouts using 2D/3D tools and 2020 Design, applying building codes, dimensions, and ergonomic standards.

• Developed in-depth knowledge of building materials, prepared recommendations for concept/mode boards, finish selections, & product specifications.

• Evaluated constructability, cost, and installation requirements; coordinated with contractors and vendors to ensure alignment between design intent and construction feasibility.
